On Thursday, July17, 2008 SCORE held a ribbon cutting event at its new satellite office in Del Rio. The satellite was developed in partnership with the Texas Workforce and the MRGDC. We are in the process of offering the same services in Del Rio as we provide in our San Antonio office.
Jean C. Riley was named Chapter 164 counselor of the year for 2008. Ms. Riley joined SCORE in 1997 and served as an officer and executive board member. She was recognized by the SBA during Small Business Week at the Award luncheon on May 15th.
Our prayers are with the family of Sam Hale who passed away August 4, 2008. Sam was a member of Chapter 164 since September 15, 2004.
